Well hello there! Welcome to the Bearshaped blog. This is a new little blog I started in order to share the fun crafty ideas in my head and give a shout out to the creative and beautiful things I see on the internet and in life. Let me introduce myself.

My name is Angie May McRoberts. I'm a 23 year old fine art AND graphic design student. I'm a mother of two beautiful cats, and I've been a true vegetarian for four years. (A semi-vegetarian for 10 years.) I have a quite and introspective personality, but I usually dress in loud and obnoxious prints. I'm a perfectionist and I tend to over think things. I'm a high anxiety overachiever who never takes breaks. Life is GO GO GO for me. I love the style of the 1940s, 50s, 60s, and 70s. I can't choose a favorite decade, however. I love different things about all of them. I love painting, scrapbooking and collage, knitting, sewing (although I've never made anything ambitious), jewelry making, soap and candle making, screen printing, drawing, and photography. To name a few. A perfect day in my world would include going for an early morning jog, taking a long shower with fancy soap, wearing a pretty dress, doing some shopping, going on a romantic picnic with the Mister, photography adventures, painting a picture, then lounging with my cats and reading Martha Stewart Living. Then sleeping in cozy pajamas and having warm and fuzzy dreams about Ryan Gosling making me margaritas on a hot air balloon ride over mountains and valleys of horses. Yesss.
